Hi there!
We are William and Cecilia Spiess, and we are the Youth Pastors here at New Covenant COG; best church
ever if we must say so! We met in July of 2005 while helping with a Vacation Bible School and have been
inseparable since. We have been married for 15 wonderful years and we have 3 children. Claire is our
11-year-old-all-things-pre-teen, girly girl! We have our wild and rambunctious 5-year-old twins. Quinn is
all things boy, monster truck-racecar loving, little rascal! Cate is march-to-the-beat-of-her-own-drum, all
things unicorn, pizza-loving, sassy pants!
Aside from our 3 kids keeping life interestngly busy, we love doing the ministry together. We believe in
loving people to life, and being with them through all of life’s ups and downs. Each and every one of our
youth have a special place in our hearts. We believe in encouraging them to be lights in this world and
to love like Jesus! Our mission is to teach, love, and embrace them for who they are.
